Q: How can I go about exchanging the products bought?

We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection for exchangeable items purchased on our online shopping platform if the following conditions are met:
1. Your name and order number must be presented in-store/sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection, and
2. Product is in sellable condition with its original packaging, and
3. You are exchanging for something of the same or higher value.
To exchange an item, please bring it back to our PHarMed Healthcare retail store at 149 Rochor Road #B1-16 Fu Lu Shou Complex Singapore 188425 with the original packaging.
Q: Please let me know how soon can I expect to receive my order?
A: Orders placed via our online shopping platform can expect a delivery turnaround time of 3 – 5 working days. Our delivery hours are from Monday – Friday (except Public Holidays) between 9am – 6pm.
Q: If I am not home when the delivery arrives, can you leave my items outside my door?
A: We shall not be held responsible for any damaged or missing items if customers request to place their purchases outside their home.
Q: Why haven’t I received my order after 5 working days?
A: We will let you know in advance by contacting you via phone if we expect to be unable to fulfil our delivery turnaround time. However, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Q: What should I do if the order delivered doesn’t look like it’s in the original state?
A: The customer will assume responsibility for the goods upon signing receipt. If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, please do not sign for the goods and notify PHarMed immediately at Tel: +65 6337 4855.
Q: Can I choose to self-collect my order?
A: You may arrange for self-collection of online purchases at our PHarMed Healthcare Retail Store – 149 Rochor Road #B1-16 Fu Lu Shou Complex Singapore 188425. Ordered products will be ready for collection within the next 3 working days (Monday to Friday) from the day of order confirmation issued. We will send you an email notification once your purchases are ready for collection.
Q: What do I need to bring along when I collect my order?
A: We will require you to produce your proof of identity (NRIC/Passport) AND Order Confirmation upon collection.
Q: Can I get somebody else to collect my order for me?
A: If you wish to authorise a representative to collect your purchases on your behalf, please ensure that the said representative must be above 18 years of age. Your representative will be required to produce his/her proof of identify (NRIC/Passport) AND Order Confirmation.
Q: How many days do I have to collect my order from the Retail Store?
A: We request that orders for self-collection be collected within 7 working days from the email notification. Otherwise, orders may be cancelled and no refund could be provided in such an event.
Q: I had chosen to self-collect my items during order placement. However, I would now like to have my items delivered to me instead. Can this be done?

No delivery fee is levied for online purchases self-collected at the Retail Store. However, we may charge any reasonable delivery charges for any subsequent delivery arrangement.
Q: Can I order your products and have them delivered outside of Singapore?
A: We may provide international shipping of orders for specific countries only. However, please note the following important information:
- All customers must be aware that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country’s customs authority upon arrival.
- The customer shall be responsible for any such fees, and be in compliant with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- As customs policies differ amongst different countries, kindly contact your local customs office for more information regarding your intended purchase of goods.
Q: How can I make payment for online purchases?
A: We accept payment by PayPal and major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note that PHarMed will not be liable for any credit card fraud.
Q: What is the currency of denomination and levied tax for items available in the online shop?
A: All product prices listed are in Singapore Dollars ($). In addition, all purchases will be subject to the Goods and Services Tax levied by the Singapore Tax Authorities at the prevailing rate (currently 7%).
Q: I can't find a product listed on your Online Shop. Can you help me to source it?
A: PHarMed provides product sourcing services for our customers as we are committed to add value to your health care needs.
