It is naturally formulated with ginger root extract, which is non drowsy, gentle and suitable for children over 12 years old and pregnant mothers**. Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years – Take 3 tablets once, then take additional 1 tablet every 2 hours if required.

Take a maximum of 5 tablets in 24 hours.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding take a maximum of 2 tablets in 24 hours.

Motion sickness: Take 30 minutes before travelling for optimum effect. Dosage as per instruction above.

Morning sickness: Take 2 tablets once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Always talk to your health professional before taking multiple products whilst pregnant.
