It contains the following (per 2 tablets):
Lutein 10mg
Zeaxanthin 2mg
Vitamin C 500mg
Vitamin E 400iu (As d-Aloha Tocopheryl Succinate)
Copper 2mg (As bisglycinate chelate)
Zinc 80mg (As bisglycinate chelate)
Directions: Take 1 or 2 tablets daily after food as recommended by healthcare professionals only.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening.
