What is the format of this medication?

Chewable Tablet – A small disc of a compressed solid substance (typically a measured amount of a medicine). They may be chewed, or dissolved in water or fruit juice.

Active ingredient: 120 mg Paracetamol

How to use:
Tablets may be chewed, or dissolved in water or fruit juice. For children below 6 years, tablets should be mixed with water or fruit juice.
Dose may be given up to 4 times daily at 6 hours interval. Tablets may be chewed or dissolved in water or fruit juice. Always read label prior to use.

Dosage:

2-3 years 1-2 tabs

3-6 years 2 tabs

6-9 years 3 tabs

9-12 years 4 tabs

Not recommended in children under 2 years.
