How to use:

1. Remove the transparent plastic film and apply the adhesive side directly to the skin.
2. The gel has a strong adhesive power, it fits the skin and stays in place.
3. The gel sheets may be placed in the refrigerator before use for stronger cooling effect. Do not place them in the freezer.

Each patch measures 5cm x 11cm. Contains 6 patches per box.
