This is a  4.5″ Cell Pad Alternating Pressure Mattress is made up of 18 pieces of 11 cm / 4.5″ cells.

The Alternating System includes A/B/C 3 groups of cells design (6 cells per group). The alternating system means that there will always be 2 groups of cells that are inflating,  hence at anytime, 12 cells will be sharing and supporting the patient’s full weight.
